ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

  • A unique email address is required for each attendee registered
  • To register multiple attendees and pay with one credit card payment:

    1)  Key each individual's registration separately, using a unique email address for each attendee registered.
    2)  S
    elect the INVOICE ME button at the conclusion of the first registration to generate an invoice, then select NEW REGISTRATION, at the bottom of the page and repeat the same.
    3)  Once all attendees are keyed, select PAY BY CREDIT CARD and check all invoice boxes to proceed with payment.
    4)  For additional assistance, call our support partner, Strategy Performance at (252) 937-1880, available M-F 9 AM - 5 PM, and they will be glad to assist.

PAYMENT POLICY

  • All registration invoices must be paid in full on or before your attendance date.  
  • All cancellations for conference registration or banquet tickets, paid or unpaid, must be in writing to the NCSFA office no later than 12:00 p.m., on Wednesday, July 22, 2020. No refunds will be provided after the deadline. If NCSFA is not notified regarding your cancellation, you will be responsible for paying the registration and/or banquet fees in full. 
  • A $15 administration fee will apply to all refunds, registration transfers, or banquet ticket table changes. No-shows or late cancellations forfeit all fees.

    **Please Note:  This registration automatically enters you into the prize drawings from the NCSFA Booth during the Expo.  Registrants must present at the NCSFA booth at the time of drawing to win.  Prize drawings will be held on Friday at 4:30 and Saturday at 12:00, 12:30, and 1:30.

    SPECIAL SEPARATE REGISTRATION FOR BANQUET TICKETS:  No more having to leave early to try and get your favorite table . . . you now select your table placement with your order, and print your own personal ticket with your name and table number included!  Banquet Tickets are $50 each and available for purchase HERE.  Please note that your ticket purchase is for a seat at a specific table, however your specific seat placement is not guaranteed (ex. facing the stage, etc.). Seat availability at each individual table is on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

    Pay Online with Credit Card or By Mail with Check (Select INVOICE option). Confirmation issued upon receipt and processing of payment.

    • Individual participant registration is required.
    • All climbers receive a 2020 Commemorative T-Shirt.  
    • Registrants prior to July 22nd deadline will have the option of climbing in honor of a specific fallen NC Firefighter.
    • Climbers have the option of choosing appropriate attire (running clothes/shoes, duty uniform/t-shirts, partial or full turnout gear/PPE). No SCBAs allowed.
